Registration

Go to our Joining form, select your membership type, provide your details and submit.

Applicants on the ANZ payroll will have their membership application validated automatically and be able to commence using their membership immediately - using the email and password you have chosen and the 8 digit membership number provided to you in your application form receipt.

Other members (eg. contractors and ex-staff members) will have their memberships validated manually and your access details will be sent to you via email once this is complete. This can take up to 2 weeks.

Please allow two working days after you receive your ANZ Employee ID in order for ANZ Staff Club Australia records to be updated with your details.

Please make sure that you are not a salary employee of ANZ (ie. Being paid via ANZ Payroll).

Check the eligibility criteria on the application form for the annual membership category.

All new members of ANZ Staff Club receive a membership card which contains their name, membership type and membership number.

Please note that membership cards may take up to 30 days for delivery, however you can commence using your membership immediately upon receiving your membership number, you don’t need to wait for your card.

As a member, you also have access to your virtual member card online (sign-in required)

Accessing the Members' website

Once you have successfully applied for membership, your membership number will be displayed on the screen. You can then log into the website by entering this number and the one time password you provided when you completed the membership application.

Upon logging on for the first time, you will be asked to re-set your password for security reasons.

Reset your password

After you enter your membership number into the form via the button above, a new one-time password will be generated and sent to your registered email address.

When you log on using the one-time password, you will then be prompted to reset your password.

If you do not receive a new password in your email, please email us for assistance

  1. Please ensure you are entering your Staff Club membership number and not your employee ID.
  2. If you are cutting/copying and pasting your membership number and/or password, please ensure you are not pasting in any extra spaces. You can also try typing the password and/or membership number and see if that helps.
  3. If this is still not working, visit the password re-set page and enter your membership number. A new one-time password will be generated and sent to your registered email address.
  4. If you continue to have difficulties logging in, please email us for assistance.
